Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Pulsar application (the "Service") operated by Sun Driven MB ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pulsar provides a service to help users optimize their energy consumption by scheduling appliance operations based on real-time electricity market prices. This service involves fetching data, analyzing it against user-defined settings, and controlling linked smart home devices via third-party integrations (e.g., eWeLink, Google Home).

3. User Accounts and Data

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide its full functionality, the Service requires you to link third-party accounts, such as Google Home or eWeLink. By linking these accounts, you grant us permission to access specific data (like device lists and states) and to send control commands to your devices on your behalf, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of these third-party services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation or functionality of any third-party service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate data and reliable scheduling, we do not guarantee any specific level of monetary savings or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred from your energy usage and for ensuring your appliance settings are appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sun Driven MB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sun Driven MB is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
